Magnificent location, quite new facilities such as a work desk, coffee/tea makers and a TV, good value. Setting so close to Alicante as well as waterfront.

it was an excellent stay during weekend to alicante. there was an extremely comfy bed, good bathroom. we thoroughly enjoyed meals at nou manolin, located minutes from the apartment. everything was simply very clean.

Excellent apartment in Alicante, neara Roman Catholic co-cathedral. Late checkout and easy check-in. Room was basic, but bright with a balcony...

Cosy and spotless apartment, I was surprised at early check-in. Great service overall. I loved that rooms were fairly quiet and quiet as stated. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff was exceptional. It had an IDEAL setting adjacent to restaurants as well as seafront.

Staffs are pleasant! The property has favourable location in Alicante. Plus, it's only a short distance to downtown. Great for short stay.
